All of our carts are street legal, also known as LSV, Low Speed Vehicles. These LSV’s must abide by the same rules as any other vehicle on the road and park in only vehicle parking spots or posted golf cart parking spots. 

Features: 

• 6 Seats – Provides seating for up to 6 passengers. The seats are very roomy, providing more comfort than other LSVs. The 6 seater carts are also highly sought after for groups less than 6 because you will have extra room for storing beach gear and shopping bags. Please be sure to have any items securely tied down. 
• Lithium Batteries – These batteries are top of the line! Electric LSV’s are better for our environment and provide a very quiet ride. Please charge the LSV every night to ensure you have a full charge for the day! The charger can be plugged into any standard outlet. 
• Bluetooth Speaker – You can listen to your favorite tunes right from your smartphone! 
• Standard Height – We keep our LSV’s at the standard height to ensure safety and accessibility for all ages. 

LSVs may be operated only on streets where the posted speed limit is 35 MPH or lower.

When traveling on roadways permissible for low-speed vehicles, please pull over to the side of the road to allow cars to pass if you notice that traffic is beginning to back up behind you.

LOW-SPEED VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON HIGHWAY 98!!!!

Low-speed vehicles are PROHIBITED from driving on any part of Highway 98, including the shoulder. They also may NOT drive on sidewalks, utility paths, and/or bike paths.

Child restraints and car seats are REQUIRED for all children traveling in low-speed vehicles.

Any child required to use a 5 point harness child seat is required to use one on the LSV. Any child that is required to use a booster seat will NOT use one in the LSV. Booster seats prohibit the use of lap belts only and are not safe to use on an LSV. This child will need to sit directly on the LSV’s seat and use the normal seatbelt. Let us know if you need to rent a 5 point harness child seat. 

There is a Zero Tolerance for drinking and driving.

You are prohibited from having any open alcoholic containers in the LSV. You must abide by all of the laws, as if you were driving in your own vehicle. 

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CITATIONS AND/OR FINES ATTACHED TO OUR RENTAL GOLF CART/LSV DURING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD. 

Free Delivery on 30A and Surrounding Areas: 

All golf cart rentals are DELIVERED FOR FREE along highway 30A and surrounding areas. This includes free delivery to the following beach towns along Highway 30A & Scenic Highway 98 in Santa Rosa Beach: 

• Blue Mountain Beach 
• Dune Allen Beach 
• Grayton Beach 
• Gulf Place 
• Inlet Beach 
• Miramar Beach 
• Seacrest Beach 
• Seagrove Beach 
• Seascape 
• Watersound 

Some communities have restrictions and do not allow rental golf carts. Please check with the property manager/owner of your rental home or condo to see if rental golf carts are allowed in the community.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENT GOLF CARTS WITHIN THE HOA BOUNDARIES IN ALYS BEACH, MAINSAIL RESORT, MARAVILLA RESORT, PROMINENCE ON 30A, SANCTUARY BY THE SEA, SANDESTIN RESORT, SEASIDE, SUMMER’S EDGE, ROSEMARY BEACH, OR WATERCOLOR COMMUNITIES. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH THE OWNER OF YOUR RENTAL HOME BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STREET LEGAL GOLF CART. 

Customers must make sure that their rental location will allow a golf cart rental from our company.
